| SELECTION - Representative Teams - High performance |
|
The Senior Selectors |

Henry Redmond
Convenor |
Henrys representative table tennis started with
Canterbury in 1975 when he was the number 1 ranked junior in New Zealand. He played
Kean Shield to 1990 and was NZ University champion and a Hawkes Bay and South Island
player.
Henrys current focus is developing the Athletes with Disabilities program and
Beginners programs.
I know the hard work champions put into improving their game and Im always
available to talk with players to explain selection criteria and process. If theres
something you want to know to get to the top, ask. If I can help I will. Being a selector
is a two-way process. You have to impress me with effort and I have to impress you by
being approachable and transparent in selections. |
