🏓  Table Tennis New Zealand invites the table tennis community to take part in our Tournament Review Survey.

We want to hear from you. Your feedback will help TTNZ improve the tournament calendar, competition formats, and playing opportunities for everyone in the table tennis community, no matter how you take part in the sport.

The survey should only take about 10-15 minutes and if you have any queries about this survey, you can contact survey@tabletennis.nz

You (or your child) will not be identified in any reporting of survey results. Your full survey responses will be held by TTNZ. Your responses will be grouped with others, and summarised results, alongside written comments, will be shared with key stakeholders and TTNZ affiliated regional associations

Any written comments you provide will be shared word for word so please do not include any information that might identify you (or your child) if you do not wish to be identified.

This survey is open to all participant groups. Please select all roles that apply, as you may have more than one role within table tennis.

Your feedback will contribute to the development of future participation opportunities.

Promotion Terms & Conditions 

  1. Promoter
    The promotion is run by Table Tennis New Zealand (TTNZ)

  2. Promotion Period
    Entries open 25 August 2026 and close 11:45 PM NZST on 25 September 2026.

  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 14 years or over. Participants under 16 years of age should have permission from a parent or guardian before entering.  Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the promotion. Board Members of the Promoter are also not eligible to enter the promotion.

  4. How to Enter
    Participants must complete the Tournament Review survey and provide valid contact details during the promotion period. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

  5. Prize
    Three winners will each receive one NZD $100 Prezzy Digital card voucher.
    Total prize pool is NZD $300 Prezzy Digital card vouchers.
    Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Winner Selection
    Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on 14 October 2026.

  7. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw may occur.

  8. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used for administering the promotion, contacting winners, and survey analysis. Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

  9. Promotion Rules (Legal Compliance)
    This promotion:

    • Is free to enter

    • Does not require payment or purchase

    • Is conducted as a sales promotion scheme

    • Is not gambling or a lottery

  10. Acceptance
    Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  11. Promoter’s Decision
    All decisions made by TTNZ regarding the promotion, including eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation, are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
