Be part of something special by joining us as a volunteer for the 2025 Para Table Tennis Festival. This inclusive and exciting event celebrates Para sport and community spirit, and we need your help to make it happen. Whether it is assisting athletes, collecting balls during matches, helping with set up, or working behind the scenes, every role plays an important part in making this festival a success. 

Volunteer Roles Available

• Venue Set Up (23–24 September) – Lay flooring, assemble tables, set up signage and accessibility features.
• Ball Collectors (26–28 September) – Perfect for youth aged 10–16, retrieving balls during matches, especially wheelchair events.
• Drivers and Transport (24–29 September) – Provide scheduled transfers between airport, accommodation and venue, full licence required.
• Meal Assistance (24–28 September) – Help with meal preparation, service and distribution.
• Information Desk (24–29 September) – Assist spectators and participants with event information and directions.
• Venue Pack Down (4–5 October) – Pack away equipment and reset the venue after the event.

You can choose the role that suits you best and training will be provided. Volunteers working through lunch hours will receive a meal and all will receive an official event T-shirt.
