The TTNZ Board have now shared the following with each Member Association and Life Member:

1. Regional Association Constitution Template with guidance notes:
   • This is based off the Sports NZ template, updated with TTNZ guidance as per the colour coded notes within. This is a template and for guidance purposes. 
2. Regional Association Policy for Complaints, Disciplinary, Disputes and Appeals Template:
   • This is based off the TTNZ Policy 19 and is for guidance purposes. TTNZ have created this to support RA’s with the more complex process required by the new Act. RA's do not have to adopt this, as with the Constitution template, it is their choice provided they align with the new Act’s requirements and are not inconsistent with TTNZ.
3. TTNZ UPDATED POLICY 19 Complaints, Disciplinary, Disputes and Appeals Version October 2025:
   • This has been updated to align with our new constitution and will come into effect in 14 days, on the 24th October 2025. The website page for this policy will be updated accordingly on that date, and the old version will be archived. All changes are highlighted in YELLOW for ease.
